Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Product is unopened and in its original, unaltered condition
- Original packaging is intact and undamaged
- Accompanied by your original invoice or proof of purchase
- Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return
- Products with damaged, missing, or altered packaging will not be refunded
- Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted
How to Request a Return
Requesting a return is straightforward. Follow these steps to get the process started:

- Receive return instructions. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship your return via registered/tracked post at your own expense. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for the value of the merchandise to protect against loss or damage in transit.
- Receive your refund once we have received and inspected the returned item. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We strongly recommend sending returns via registered/tracked post and purchasing carrier insurance for the full value of the merchandise.
Black Bull Honey™ is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if sent without tracking or insurance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at wholesale@blackbullhoney.com with your order number and photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
